Villa Mireabilis
“where the old ways have joined the new”
The Main Villa
is a large two storey villa relatively modern built situated almost in the center of an estate of about a hectare fully covered in lush gardens and orchards of citruses, figues, olives and other various flowers, plants, and trees, with a large terrace all around, commanding views over the town of Scicli, the hills and the historic ruins around it. It has been refurbished in a traditional yet eclectic Sicilian style as a comfortable and cosy small measure of peace and tranquility. The quiet country-like atmosphere, five minutes walk from the historical town centre of Scicli -one of the “baroque jewels of Val di Noto” and a proud UNESCO Cultural Heritage site- is only broken by the early morning birds songs and midday cicadas and filled with a delicate perfume of citrus, jasmine and lavender flowers.
Casa Estiva/The Summer House
originaly, an ancient masseria (farmhouse) situated next to the Main Villa, has been completely rebuilt with the help of local stonemasons in the old traditional sicilian style (thick stone walls, stone slabs pavements, wood and sicilan tiles roof) to house to bedrooms (Stanza Allssandroand Nettuno), a large open lounge (La Loggia) and an antique style bathroom(Balneum). The bedrooms and the lounge open towards the beautiful olive, citrus and figues garden below, the Irminio Canale Grande river, the mountain of San’Matteo church and the romantic XIV ruin of Convento di Sant’Antonino.

Looking for an ideal location with reliable weather and steady prevailing winds all-year-round to host training sessions or charters? Our sailing yacht and villa provide the perfect setting for groups to learn, sail and bond. We offer weekly packages particularly tailored for sailing clubs, be that for on- and off-shore license training, miles building, skills improvement, team building or just fun, and also for groups of family and friends interested in one or more days of cruising adventures.
Professional training sessions and leisure trips along the stunning Southern and Eastern Coast of Sicily and nearby island of Malta can be organised aboard our Beneteau Cyclades 43.3 or other type of boat or catamaran from our partners and friends.
Guided e-Biking Tours
For biking enthusiasts, we provide high-quality e-bikes and organize daily cycling circuits around picturesque towns and natural landscapes, ensuring thrilling adventures and memorable experiences. The locations for our tours stretch from Taormina and Etna up on the East Coast to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento on the South-Western Coast and inland.
Val di Noto UNESCO Cultural Heritage Towns Tour
A total of EIGHT baroque towns from the region of Val di Noto are so unique in the entire world that have been recognized as UNESCO Cultural Heritage Towns. These are: Caltagirone, Militello in Val di Catania, Catania, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Ragusa and Scicli.
We are based in Scicli and we organize customized cultural heritage holiday tours, with one town to discover every day.

For the groups more interested in relaxation and the local traditional foods and drinks we propose custom holidays with visits to local vineyards, masserias (farms) and aziendas, together with a sampling of some of the best restaurants in the region. We can try ourselves to follow some good old sicilian recipies, or we might even invite local chefs and nonas to cook for you traditional recipies with the freshest land and sea ingredients.
